Hypothetical Investment Return

The protocol for paying out investors will be as follows:
• The first pay-outs will go to the investors until 120% of the investment is recouped.
• After 120% recoupment, the net profit will be split 50/50 between the investors and the production company.

Production Company Tranche — 50% split between:
• Actors
• Production Crew
• Producers

Investor Tranche — 50% split between:
• Investors per percentage based on a budget of $592,551
• e.g. An investment if $100,000 would receive 16.87% of the Investor Tranche
• e.g. An investment if $10,000 would receive 1.68% of the Investor Tranche

NOTE: For the Investor, your investment reflects the film percentage you own. There can be no further dilution of the Investor's percentage. Once your percentage is assigned, it cannot decrease.
